Soundtrack Pro 3: Unexpected alert when exporting to MP3
Sometimes when you export to MP3 format, you may get an unexpected alert saying the file was not exported.

Soundtrack Pro: Unexpected results when you apply Time Stretch to an Apple Loop
Sometimes when you choose Process > Time Stretch on an Apple Loop in a Soundtrack Pro multitrack project, the results may not sound like you expect.

Soundtrack Pro 3: Running out of resources alert when opening a project
In some cases, Soundtrack Pro may present an alert dialog stating it is running out of resources when you open projects or when you send projects from Final Cut Pro.

Soundtrack Pro: Pause at loop point when playing file in Apple Loops Utility
When you play an audio file in the Apple Loops Utility, there may be a pause when the file loops.

Soundtrack Pro 3: Not enough DSP resources when using PowerCore plug-ins
Sometimes when you apply PowerCore plugins from the Process menu, a dialog from PowerCore Messenger may appear stating that PowerCore does not have enough free DSP resources available to load the Plug-In.

Soundtrack Pro 3: Multiple channels displayed in MacOS effects
When you use MacOS effects in Soundtrack Pro, the plug-in may show more channels than you are using.

Soundtrack Pro 3: Unable to save multitrack project after adding realtime effect in the file editor
Sometimes after opening an audio file from your multitrack project in the file editor and adding a realtime effect, you may not be able to save the multitrack project.

Soundtrack Pro: Effect tail not included in exported file
If your Soundtrack Pro multitrack project includes effects that continue to sound after the end of a clip (such as delay or reverb effects), the effect tail may not be included when you export to MP3 or AAC/podcast file formats. Other formats such as AIFF or WAV should include the effect tail.

Soundtrack Pro 3: Unexpected results when using Lift and Stamp tools on clips with crossfades
Sometimes when you use the Lift and Stamp tools for equalization print and voice level on clips with crossfades, the results may not sound like you expect.

Soundtrack Pro 3: Troubleshooting Audio Unit plug-in issues
When troubleshooting Soundtrack Pro 3, removing Audio Unit plug-ins may help isolate the issue. Also, some plug-ins may not appear and thus are unavailable in Soundtrack Pro 3.

Using GarageBand loops in Soundtrack
You can use Apple Loops from GarageBand and GarageBand Jam Pack with Soundtrack.

Soundtrack Pro: May see "Unexpected Problem" alert when working with some Audio Unit plug-ins
Soundtrack Pro sometimes displays the message "An Unexpected Problem: Uncaught exception." This may happen when you process audio with some third-party Audio Unit
plug-ins.

Realtime effects in Soundtrack Pro audio file projects are not audible in other applications
If you have realtime effects in a Soundtrack Pro audio file project (.stap file), you won't be able to hear them
if you use the file in Final Cut Pro or Motion. This issue happens after you send audio from Final Cut Pro or
Motion to a Soundtrack Pro audio file project
for processing, add realtime effects, save the project in Soundtrack Pro,
and then roundtrip the file back to the original application.

Final Cut Studio: Audio out of sync after editing in Soundtrack Pro
Sometimes you may notice the audio you sent from Final Cut Pro to Soundtrack Pro is out of sync after editing.

Converting Soundtrack Pro audio file projects to MP3
Although Soundtrack Pro does not offer MP3 encoding, you can easily convert open Soundtrack Pro audio file projects to MP3 files using Automator (comes with Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger) and iTunes. Here's how.

Soundtrack Pro 1.1 may quit unexpectedly with Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard
After you upgrade your computer to Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, Soundtrack Pro 1.1 may quit unexpectedly. Some project files may become unusable.
