Soundtrack Pro with FCP

When I try to send a clip to the "Audio File" section of Soundtrack Pro, I can only send one track. All other attemps result in a grayed out option on the "send to" menu. According to the tutorial, I should be able to just control click on the clip and send both tracks to Soundtrack for analysis and repair. Also, If I want to insert a small clip into the project, Soundtrack handles it as though it is the entire sequence, thus requiring longer time to import/export, etc. I'm not sure if it is stacking repairs on all of the sections of the video or what this could do down the road.
