Any good recomendations for a Soundtrack 2 tutorial?

Hi All,

Left this on the Cow, as well. Just wondering if anyone out there has some good recomendations on a Soundtrack 2 training DVD or book? Hopefully something that explains the basics of sound mixing and editing. I'm especially interested in learning how to properly EQ audio and how it all works in the mix.
