Global Tempo Change

in the old soundtrack the had a simple tempo number above the track section.

in this version i have no idea how to change the over all tempo and its not fun finding a loop sending it to reason(on another machine) and then to fcp.

How do you change the tempo?
The tempo in the prefs doesn't seem to change the tempo.
