How do I inch a waveform numerically in STP2?

In protools when you have a waveform on the tl you can switch the edit window to spot and use the hand tool to select the waveform. When you do it that way you get a window that allows adjustments less than a second.

In fcp i can choose a track and just hit +/- 2 frames and it will move the clip.

How is this done in STP2? I need sub-second tweaking because i am matching up vocals recorded in protools for mixing.

Zoom in all the way. option arrow (left or right) moves playhead one frame at a time.

I keep getting this (not on all tracks):
