Legal documentation

I am editing a webisode and using Soundtrack Pro for my audio. The network is asking for formal legal docs that serve as a release.

I have been browsing Apple and SP websites but haven't found anything.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Might they be thinking you're using "needle drop" music (music library recordings)?
If you created the music yourself in SoundTrack Pro you need to copyright the score and the recording. You'd be the owner of the music.
