Separating talking from lots of background noise

HI! I have a video I took at my kids school interviewing each group in their booths but there is so much noise with kids and parents talking its very hard to hear the person being interviewed. Any filters you suggest trying? I know I should have used a wireless mic but my small camera doesnt have that option. Thank you for any tips! Jennifer
