Paste effects between projects

Hello,

I exported my audio from FCP, enhanced the dialogue with the Compressor and Exciter effects. Now I've revised/extended the cut and would like to know how to paste those effects from my previous file. I'm also open to a preferred workflow if this doesn't seem efficient. Thanks in advance.

I think I found my answer:

Save effects (in Actions) as an "AppleScript" >
Find Script in OSX Library >
Launch the Script and choose file to be affected >
Run script
