Help connecting MacBookPro to mixer

I have a new 13" Macbook Pro and need to know the right cabling to go into my old Mackie 1402VLZ mixer. Also need to know the right cabling to go from my new HDTV with optical audio out into the same mixer. Any help appreciated!
