Exporting Part of a Mix

The manuel says you can export part of a mix by marking In and Out points (cycle region); but it doesn't seem to work for me. The whole timeline is exported every time.

Anyone else seeing this?

I did some more tests and found that if I was exporting as an mp3, that the entire mix is exported regardless of In and Out points; wav or aiff worked fine.
