SATA Tower, 4 SATA drives, cables, PCI 4 port card

I have had this Tower for a year, but it has been turned off over 2/3rds of the time, and then only ON when actually in use.

Four 250GB SATA drives. I have used this with the PCI 4 port card with my Mac G5. I have not used this in a RAID scenario. Not sure what to do, to do RAID with it.
