This is a partially shared space. We have a large private room available, about 15' x 15' with 2 windows, for rent.
There are 2 FCP editors sharing the other side of the office with me. I edit and keep all my RED gear in the space. There is a shared storage closet and a shared small room with a couch and TV. We have a mini-fridge, coffee maker, fax machine, land line, WiFi, bottled water delivery, and security system that are all shared. We've all got light production gear that we tend to share, and anyone sharing the space could be a part of that.
It's a great location - one block away from Target, Best Buy, Trader Joes - on the same block as Jones Cafe.
