to all video guys please guide me how to deck to deck footage transfer I have 4 HD tape to be transfered I have two sony HDV deck how do i do the patching and is there any setting on the menu of these decks. rubsby ruben - Café LA

I have captured one clip "clip_unerwater"which is hr long and taken few mins from that clip now when I media manage the entire project its taking the entire "clip unerwater" why cant it take few min what is been used in time line rather that taking the entire clip of hr a long am i missing somethin ruben help much appreciatedby ruben - Café LA
fcp crash really need help - 13 years ago
hi, my fcp often crashes when i use my second monitor for previews it just goes off ( 2nd monitor) and then rotating ball spins for ever. this is happening now quite often also fcp tends to halt if I m doing advance edit trim or with 4 to 5 layes of vid footage this was not with the previous ver 5. but 6.06 this happening a lot is there any way solve this , will be highly helped rubby ruben - Café LA

hi, if u have little time please do help I have read ur problem and I share same problem with laying off to digi beta from fcp the channel reject the tape " have been technically failed due to Servo Lock error" what is this and how do i solve this prob now how do i chk that the tape is not having this problem after I lay off to tape I chk by playing from the start it plaby ruben - Café LA

ok where do i start difficult to explain I am not from the land of shakespear so bear my englishs I have this setup fcp 6.2 a sony HDV deck and a dvcam tapes one o my client has shot in HDV in normal dvcam 32 min tape ( pdvm - 32n) which i fail to understand how in 32 min tape he shot 55min of footage that too in HD second he wants to edit full in HDV in FCP which is ok with meby ruben - Café LA

1. TC not Rounded what is this ???? 2. Servo lock problem ahhhaa I dont know this one either when doing prn to tape from FCP to digi beta can please help I am getting tapes rejected from station rubsby ruben - Café LA
