Too late. I went there and failed miserably. I couldn't open fcp, compressor, dvdsp etc. I just spent two days tinkering around and re-installing the os and fcp studio 3. Unfortunately I didn't see this thread until now. I thought it was something I was doing wrong and I was going insane because of it. Now I can sleep a little easier. Good Night, Jeffby JC - Café LA

Michael, Grafixjoe, Strypes, Jude, Dan and Andrew. Once again thank you! Grafixjoe - I have to say that before this film I never had any type of relationship with a person that had Down's or any other disability. It is because of this film, I became VERY VERY close with Evan and his mother. I am blown by the friendship and bond that I have now formed with Evan. He truly is the single mostby JC - Café LA

you could apply the wind blur first then render the clip out and then import your NEW clip and then apply the second effect onto your clipby JC - Café LA

Yes there is a different cable for each drive. 8 total. If you are going to raid 5 your system you have to have all 8 drives populated. Yes I do recommend the rocket raid card that they sell on the site (that is the one that I have). Make sure you tell them which G5 you are running because of the pci / pci express card slot, they make them for both. When setting up your drive I HIGHLY RECby JC - Café LA

I have been using an external SATA Raid (Raid 5) from Granite digital. Since I have been using the raid my G4 hasn't performed better. The only down fall to this system is that if you are going to set it up for a raid 5 you need to purchase the card where the SATA connection is coming from within the computer. Meaning all of the other cards that have the ports sticking out the back of the compby JC - Café LA
