Converting 60 FPS TIME to 30 FPS TIME - 7 years agoI have a video edited in FCPX that is 1920 X 1080I at 59.54 FPS. It has been suggested to me to use the "Create Blue Ray" device in Compressor to produce a ".264" file to use in a Blue ray authoring program, authored Blue Ray disk. I have done this in the past many times and it produces a good HD disk viewable on standard HD TV's. The problem is that Compressor producby mhnfcpx - Café LA See playback on external HDMI monitor - 7 years agoI have a 2016 IMac with retina display connected to my late 2009 IMac running in target display mode. I have each display set up as its own space so that I can spread out FCPX Across the two displays as if they were one display. This is working fine. I would like to connect an HDMI monitor to this system so that FCPX shows the playback viewer on this external monitor. This is the senerio: I have a dance recital where one camera is wide and the other is very tight on one dancer. I transform the close up camera to a smaller box and move it up to the top left corner. This "Exposes" the other camera's view and gives me PIP!! This is all possible because FCP7's MultiCam UI prby mhnfcpx - Café LA - X |
