Motion 2 unexpededly closes. - 17 years ago

Hey, i'm new at the mac thing but i have almost all the software i'd ever need to succeed. I have Final Cut Pro HD (5). I used final cut and everything went fine with that. I then went to try out Motion 2 and thats when I noticed a problem. I open the program and the main screen comes up.
