I listened to a a clip someone put on youtube to demo the fan noise. It sounded quite prominate at times. Any opinions on this. Also, what would you recommend from the Sony/Canon line in leu of the Panasonic, or would you recommend another Panasonic model. Thanks, Scottyby sgscott - Café LA Re: 1080/60p from new Panasonic hdc-tm700 incompatible with FCP??! - 13 years agoAlso, does anyone know if the other modes on the hdc-tm700k are compatible with FCP, i.e. the HA (1080i60) mode? 1080 / 60p : MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 (original format) HA / HG / HX / HE : MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 (AVCHD standard compliant) / JPEG Any other recommendations for a small camera (digital media) compatible with FCP? The price is really down and I'm looking to get three. I'm impressed with other specs like dia., features, 3mos, external mic & hp jks., and manual ring, etc., when compared to the equiv. Sony & Canon; but concerned about ingest. That's how I got here. Thanks so much for the info. Scottyby sgscott - Café LA Re: STP looses synch - 14 years agoCheck the Actions window of your clips in STP. If you see "red" check boxes under the On column, this indicates that the effect you are using is destructive to the timing, i.e. it retimes. One of the effects that do this is the Adaptive Limiter. Stay away from these effects and your piece will remain intact. Scottyby sgscott - Soundtrack Pro |
