Editing is about storytelling.
It's about putting images, sound and music together to elicit an emotional response in the viewer. That's what I do as an editor. I help the audience understand character, emotion and action as clearly as possible. As an assistant, I allow my editor to do this with complete freedom from the technical and organizational aspects of the craft. I "assist" the editor to focus on the aesthetics and creativity of telling the story. I am an artist and a technician. The bottom line is I know how to tell stories and I know the tools to tell them with.

I have over a decade of experience in production, post-production and audio engineering. My credits include national and international documentaries, promos, spots, corporate, infomercials and digital learning and multimedia projects. I have extensive experience with Avid systems and currently work an equal amount with Final Cut Pro. I'm also proficient with other software that support the post process such as Photoshop, After Effects, Combustion, Pro Tools and DVD Studio Pro.

I pride myself on being able to say, "Yeah, I can do that!"
