I was the "Technical Manager" for TMZ, started July 11, 2007 and just ended Auust 8, 2008 (Friday, end of day). Warner Brothers / Telepictures, John Ankwicz hired me to make the technology work, a Tapeless HD Newsroom(!), which primary systems include; 23 MacPro wih FCP6 IFCS2, Kona LHe...) and Graphics workstations, Dalet News Suite, Omneon video server and HP SAN storage. FCP edit and graphics systems include; Mac Pros (23), with Final Cut Pro 6 (FCS2), After Effects CS3 Professional, Photoshop CS3 Extended, on and on an on. I worked directly with Dalet to re-spec their product to work with FCP6 and built all the FCP edit bays and Graphics workstation.
