5:50PM - 6:20PM - FCP 4.1 and AJA's brand new Io LA and LD - Paul Saconne
Most of you are familiar with how many streams of Real Time uncompressed video FCP 4.1 can handle in Safe Mode on a Dual G5 running Panther hooked up to 14 drive Xraid with an Io from AJA. But what can it do in Safe Mode with DV to the internal drive that ships with the G5? Apple's Paul Saccone is going to show us. Plus, what is in FCP 4.1 and why do we need it. Plus, we will be among the first in the country to take a look at AJA's brand new low cost Io LA and LD breakout box. Plus, Paul will take questions. Plus, Paul will answer them.

6:25PM - 6:40PM - How to get media off a DVD and imported into FCP - Brad Wright
Brad will show us how easy this process is by using the tool he created called DVDxDV

6:45PM - 7:15PM - Editing NBC's "Scrubs" with Final Cut Pro - Rick Blue and Ramy Katrib
The hit television show from NBC, "Scrubs" has been using FCP exclusively this season and is the first network TV show to do so. They are just about half way thorough the seasons 22 episodes and Scrubs editor Rick Blue along with Digital FilmTrees's Ramy Katrib will show and tell us everything we need and want to know about editing a network TV show with Final Cut Pro. How's it's going so far? It's going very well.
