OT - Termite Fumigation and tapes

Here in California I'm sure there has been someone who has had to have their place fumigated. From the information that has been given to be its a gas not a mist that fills the house. My question is if anyone has heard of the fumigation hurting tapes such as dvcam stock. Should I have anything to worry about or am I being paranoid.

Thanks for you thoughts

If you're not certain, move'em! That way you won't wonder in the future *if* it was a problem.

Yea, your right. Better to be safe than sorry. Just a major pain in the rear.

Thanx

Hi James

I would remove tapes -Decks and cameras
You dont want goo on heads -rollers ect--

This is a little different but store bought bug bombs
melt the rubber used in bicycle grips
Makes them very sticky -no way to fix--Jay-

Be a good cheer, James. Whatever pain in the ass removing your equipment and stock might be, can't be any more than the pests you're trying to zap, yeah?
