Overlap layers cause pixels 2 pop

Does anyone else experience overlaping a video layer on top of another causes the bottom video layers pixels to pop as if the pixels expand by few pixels.

I notice it with transitions and overlaping layers....

Is it a bug or settings ??

Does it look this way on your external video monitor too? Hook one up and see if you are not set up to spec, as shown on page 55 of the manual. Tell us what you see.
