Export length issues

Am cutting film on FCP 4.5 at 23.98. Loving it.

When I export the project using Quicktime Conversion to a Quicktime movie at 29.97, the overall project length changes significantly.

I'm looking for a way to output for the composer to have a matched video to begin work. He's asked for a QT movie.

Any ideas or help is appreciated.

Why not send a quicktime at 23.98fps?

you can also burn in timecode for his music cues. A lot of composers ask for that.
