Ouch! After installing BCC on my new Mac Pro, the plugins didn't show up in my Effects. Boris replied to my problem with "Unfortunately, if your MacBook Pro is running on Intel hardware, BCC will not work. This is because the
Intel chips run on a different code than the G5's, which won't allow
BCC to function on this hardware. We are currently looking into a
way around this, but currently the two will not work together. If
you had another host, such as After Effects, you could try it there."

I'm not sure about their other FX packages but this was a big disappointment to me.

Until all the manufacturers of software that currently supports the G3-4-5 gets updated tp Intel binaries, there is going to be that problem.

Did you forget that Apple went ahead with PCI Express without notifying anyone else?
