SATA Raid not showing up.

I've been running a 2.0 G5 with a Mac Burly Bay 1TB Raid attached to it for the past two years flawlessly. This morning I fire it up and it won't show up on the desktop. In Disk Utility it shows up as (1) 928 gb. disk and (3) 232 gb. disk's. Usually when I fire up the SATA bay I get these dialogue boxes and click OK and I'm good to go, but they keep coming. That tells me that something must be terribly wrong. I'm not sure how to proceed. My project is 98% complete and I do have a self contained 720p .mov version of it on a separate drive although that's not ideal as I still have work to do. All media is backed up on USB drives too but I really don't want to go there. Any advice on how to proceed is appreciated. This is a 3 1/2 year project.

I restarted the computer and it showed up! Scary. Time for some maintenance.

Actually thats pretty common. Doesn't mean your Raid is failing. Its really the first troubleshooting thing you should do when Raid fails to mount.

A re-start solves lots of issues.
