Timecode generator

If I apply the timecode generator filter to a clip on the timeline it ends at the end of the clip. The next clip has a dissolve and the timecode generator starts from 0 again. How can I apply the timecode generato so that it is continuous throughout the timeline.

You have to nest your sequence into another sequence. Then the TC generator will remain constant throughout.
