Lethargy in Action

Hey Guys,
Any reason why FCP 5, should have slowed down to the point where almost every time I want to PLAY, it brings up the beach ball while it thinks about it!! I trashed prefs 2 days ago, and I have 'zapped' the RAM...??

Dual 2,5 GHz G5, 2 GB RAM, OS 10.4.6, FCP Studio (Not Universal)

Hi Francois,

It's got 75Gb out of 220 available.. (Scratch Disc)

hum... when you write "Scratch Disc" it sound like you mention the volume you are capturing on.

I mean a volume who HAS to be an other one: the Start up volume, where you have system and applications, (and not a SINGLE video captured file on)
