Motion

I've got 20-30 edits on track 1 and 20-30 on track 2...

I want to divide the screen in 2, putting all of track 1 in on one side, all of track 2 on the other...

Currently, I format one clip from track 1 and one clip from track 2 in the Motion tab, dividing them into 2 sperate boxes no problem...

However, when I get to the next 2 respective clips from track 1 and track 2, I have to reformat them....

Is there a way to format the entire track, all 20-30 cuts, at once?

1. Lay out all your video cut to music or narration...in Video Track one
2. do the same in Video track 2
3. Format your Box in Track one on the first clip
4. Select and COPY it.
5. Select all the other clips in Track one simultaniously
6. CONTROL-CLICK on this group selection (you'll get a pulldown menu...chose past attributes
7. The next box gives you choices...chose BASIC MOTION - Hit OK.

You are now done for Video Track 1

Do the same thing for viceo track 2

Lather, rinse, repeat...
