Raising documents in final Cut pro.

does anyone know if final cut pro, in it's effects, can raise letters and documents up like you see on A&E and history channel whereby a letter or document raises up so the viewer can see or is read like in the opening credits of star wars. Is this aneffect in final cut pro or is it a third party application.

thats just scale and drop shadow if i am reading you right. do you have a screenshot of the effect.
