Timeline & Sequence

I have edited four sequences on the timeline, I need to make this into one single sequence on the timeline, Im not sure how to do this. If I can figure this out, I can then compress, and burn my finished 1st DVD. Can anyone tell me how to put all of the sequences on the timeline into one single sequence?

there are a number of ways to go about that.

my first choice would be to create a new sequence. then go to the other partial sequences drag/copy the part you want then set your playhead where you want them in the new sequence and paste.

ya if you want them all t be one big sequence, just go up and either drag the curren sequence in from the viewer to a new timeline/sequence

but why do you need it al in a singla sequence?

you can export your current sequence as is

you can copy paste from one seq into another.

you can load a seq into the voiewer and edit from it.
it will cut into the new seq as a "nested sequnce"
which will look like one clip, but with a slightly different colour.

if you'd rather have the CONTENTS of the viewer sequnce,
that is, all your original cuts,
hold APPLE while you do the edit from the viewer.

you can also do this by holding APPLE,
then grabbing a sequnce from the browser,
and dragging it directly to the timeline
