OT: Chroma key?

ok, so im going to work on some chroma keying, I have partial access to an o.k. large green screen, but im looking on setting up an apartmant chroma key set up. Im looking at green screen fabric, and I'm wondering, at realativly low (and I mean low budget) how can i set this up, I've been looking over at filmtools and seeing what they have:

and other things from this store. but I was wondering as well what's a cheap lighting solution, and what do you recomend. This is for atmost 2 or 3 people (in a tight frame) im thining maybe one big enough to go both horizontal like 20 feet, and than could be flipped and do verttical at like a 10x20 (to get some green on the ground for wider shots.

any ideas is much apreciated

go here...they have very reasonably priced set ups short of painting your walls green...may be a bit more economical than the site you posted
