....is that too much to ask?
Today, fingers and toes crossed, I may hand this project over to a bona fide FCP editor on a REAL editing system.
Until then, I'm still being forced to endure the consequences of my own ignorance....and inflict them on you all:
I created a nifty little sequence that I simply want to export using Quicktime Conversion and put on my website. The original media is a 1:30 sequence in a custom 1366 x 768 format, square aspect ratio -- looks great, but then when i export, I get a squarish version....or the proper shape, but showing just the center of the image....and my render times seem long for such a little request (up to 2 hours).
I just want this to be a reasonable-quality file that I can upload for a client to review.
There must be a standard procedure....but my experimenting just creates more confusion.
Thanks.
