Need assistance uprezing DV footage

What are my options for uprezing DV footage? Some of the DV footage was digitized from VHS tapes, so I'm performing a super delicate operation.

I may need to blow up to aprx. 130% and it?s obvious to me that Final Cut does not handle the pixel enlargement well. I think.

Has Nattress developed anything? Can an AE plug-in like ?InstandHD? work for SD to SD or is that strictly for SD to HD?

Any help and/or feedback will be greatly appreciated!

If it's from VHS, I doubt there's much that can help you. Why does it need to be blown up though?
