Stretch Shot Vertically

Simple question which I couldn't find answer on Google or the manual.

I have a wide and short still that I want to stretch to fill the entire screen. When I open the clip in the Viewer>motion tab>scale- the entire clip is zoomed in and out. But what I want to do is stretch the clip vertically. How can I do this?

Motion tab> Distort.

OR

Set canvas to show wireframe and image, then select the clip in the timeline, hold shift and drag the edges in the canvas.
