Flipping an image

Hi Everyone,
I'm working with some running footage and would like to horizontally flip a clip so that it looks like the car is going L to R instead of the way it was shot R to L. I know there is a way to do this but can't remember how. Please refresh my memory.

Effects>video filters>perspective>flop

Make sure you cant read any street signs or the number plate. I've been done by that one before...

Even better, use the Speed Ramping and make the car go backwards.

And that the driver/steering wheel is obscured enough that it's not noticable that they're on the wrong side of the vehicle!
