exporting clips from a sequence with handles

Hey all, i'm trying to export a sequence in the individual clips, and im wondering how to do this and add some handles for safty while editing. I need to bring them into afer effects and do some painting.

short of getting automatic duck, what can i do here

Like Derek said, Media Manager. Why don't you just dive in and open MM with your sequence open, change settings, see what's described? It's very easy to use, and you'll quickly discover where the Handle lengths are set.

Tip: for *real* safty, COPY, don't MOVE your media.
