Timecode Error: Unable to locate the specified timecode. You may have specified a timecode with insufficient room for a pre/post roll operation.

I set the "Preview Pre-roll" and Preview Post-roll" to min/min and min/max in the specified range of time on the camera, however I think I am missing something somewhere. I thought that the preset set DV to be the timecode for capture and output (DV/48kHz)
so the timecode should be set already. Am I missing it? I know that I am missing the manual right now tongue sticking out smiley

Much thanks to who for a clue, as I am new to this DV thing.

<HTML>I have the same problem as Endres, but it seems to stem from my not being able to set
my in and out points. I push the buttons for in and out at certain times on my dv coming in, and then push the log clip button. This is what the book shows to do to set the timecodes in the Browser window. I will keep trying, only been trying for 2 days!
