Final Touch from FCP and back not working uncompressed 10 bit sequence

This is my work flow:
From my sequence export a quicktime.
Import it back into FCP.
Chop it into shots.
Export an XML version 1.
Load the XML into Final Touch.
Do color corrections.
(At this point, everything looks fine on the time line.)

Local render.
(Looks like it's repeating shots.)

Export XML.
Import XML in FCP.

The result is really strange. It seems like it creates handles and renders only them. Or random changes in color correction not at the cut points. I've tried over and over with different drives and different sequences.

Any ideas what's wrong?

Final Touch is an awesome program. I'm thrilled at the color correcting capabilities it can provide Final Cut editors. Having said that, there are serious problems going back and forth between FCP and FT. I'm hoping that Apple's aquisition of the company will straighten out these kind of issues .

As for your specific problem, I can tell you that we've abandoned FT until Apple integrates it into their "studio" suite. There is a "Final Touch" board on the "Creative Cow". Perhaps someone there can help you.
