Magic Bullet Editor 2.0 Question...

I recently updated my system to the FCP5.1 UB and Magic Bullet Editors 2 but when I open my old project file the plug-ins aren't find and I get and AE plug in error message. I tried to reconnect the but when I did that the filters made the clip look completely different! Any ideas?
