I think i'm in trouble

hey guys,

I have this footage shot on both the DVX and the Varicam. The DVX is 720x480. (i think this footage was shot 24p, but I don't believe i did the advance pulldown during capture). So it is in the system at 29.97. But I do not even know if there was even an advanced pulldown done in camera.


The Varicam is is 960x780 24p (DVCPRO HD 720p60)

I have mixed frame rates. What is the best way to get this footage to 23.98?

I need to get this footage to an editable medium.

The Final output is going to be 29.97 SD, but we would like to be able to at least on-line the HD footage later for a master.

any suggestions?
