Cinema Tools Technical Support? Recommendation needed....

My assistant and I have just stepped into a feature for a departed team and their capture process was different than what we are used to and we are having trouble capturing new dailies. They left under bad circumstances, so I don't expect they will be willing to help. Can someone recommend a company or individual that we can pay provide some Cinema Tools technical support?
