Multiple SONY HDR cams and FCS

I am working on a online video Blog for an old friend who is very OUT THERE as a working voice over actor here in Hollywood.

Ben is famous voice over guy, actor, former EXTRA! host, human rights activist, and all around Scandinavian Twin Citian who I met 20 years ago and gave a job to.

We have the Video Blod (Podcast) on iTunes and YouTube.

We're shooting with 3 SONY HD cams, one FX1 and two FX7s...

FCS likes the FX1 and one of the FX7s, but won't Capture Now with the other FX7 (even tho VTR is OK and I can rewind and play and watch video in the window. But in Capture Now, FCS (MacPro Intel - current OS - and FCS) captures 1 frame, then goes into "Searching for media" mode until you ESC or CMD-8 out of it.

That adds to the physical workflow to need to swap tapes between cams it does like.

I wish FCS could be a little more verbose in describing what it is complaining about.
