Capture problems with the JVC HD100u 720p 24....

When capturing footage using the JVC HD100u camera (footage was shot 720p 24) I'm losing at least 7 seconds of footage everytime it hits a timecode break. It happens when it starts back up to capture and it's only at the head of the new clip. Has any one experience this and is their a solution?
