Compressor settings for DVCPRO HD 720p60 ?

I'm having trouble getting a nice compressed file from DVCPRO HD 720p60 for posting on the web. I need to compress a 6 minute 2 GB output to under 30 MB. Is there a custom setting anyone can recommend in compressor?

You don't necessarily need to use Compressor. Use Export - Using QuickTime Conversion from Final Cut Pro. The codec recommended in here right now for a good quality-size ratio is H.264. You should probably consider reducing the frame size as well as compressing the audio.

I use the Quicktime 7 Streaming 16:9 options in Compressor. It does a fine job.

Thanks for your reply, Mr. Ross.
I used Quicktime 7 streaming, made a custom adjustment to the frame size, 640 X 360, and the result is extremely pixelated. Am I doing something wrong?

Compression is an art. Tough to explain.

Timing is everything... just trying to export the same format for the web. Shane, would you mind sharing your comressor droplet in my direction? I'd love to compare it to what I have been trying.
