P2 and tapeless workflow

The company I work for has bought P2 cameras and is looking for a tapeless edit system. There would be at least 6 edit suites all running off the same server. I am hoping someone is currently working in this way and they can give me some feedback on their setup. This is a news environment. Is there a recommended work flow for FCP? What problems if any have you encountered? We are in PAL.

Hi Shane

I think at this point my question is more a work flow one. The cameramen come back to the station with footage...then whats the process of downloading the footage .... naming protocols, are long clips broken into smaller clips in the process? What other problems are there that we might encounter?

If you could point to in the direction of San setups that would be good too.
