color correct in Photoshop or FCP?

Have some stills for a slideshow (ala Ken Burns) with VO, along with a quick music montage intro at the top. Probably 20 to 30 shots, probably more. Is it better to just prep stills in PS for size and pixel shape and leave all color correcting to FCP? I'm figuring that with stills in timeline, I would have quicker reference from one shot to another for any work needed.

or

do a rough levels and color adjust in PS and refine in FCP

or

editor's choice?

Delivery is DVD and various mini-formats.

I would go for FCP.
Color Correction in Photoshop gives you a different result than in FCP.
Computers displays are also different from video monitors or tv's. Best advice is before grading send the video output to a video monitor or, if you dont have one, a tv.
Then Color Correct your stills with the filters and the Videoscopes.

I would recommend - for stills in FCP, to use Photoshop first and get the look you desire as close to possible before bringing them into FCP. Then look at them as svideo and see if they need changes.
