compressor email notification

Has anyone used this?
I have a few HD BlueRay's to work on.
I set up my email: (in compressor prefs)
address / bolex7@mac.com
outgoing server / smtp.mac.com
selected Email notification, did a test and no email.
What am I missing?

The email notification is also a part of each preset. It's the last tab I think. It has to be turned on on the preset as well as in preferences. I got it to work once in v1 way back when, but haven't really had a use for it since, I don't get out much.

Yeah I turned it on in the preset but no worky,
wondering what else there is to do.
