Keying From FCP to Motion

If I pull my key (from a green screen) in FCP and then send to Motion 2 to add some FX when I return to FCP will my keys stick?

To answer my question Nope, so just use the layers on top with the effects and composite and delete the keyed video layer and bring those layers back in FCP.
I guess.

Why don't you just send the clip to Motion and use the keyer in Motion. It will return back to FCP then. I think the keyer in Motion is way better than FCP's? I see Motion as a compositing tool and FCP as an editing tool.
