FX Plug filters not working on one client

I've got two FCP workstations with Kona cards. When applying an FX Plug filter on one client, it says the video board cannot handle the filter at that frame size. Another client, with the exact same hardware will render the footage.

Only difference in systems is the problematic system is hooked up to Xsan and has a large LCD monitor attached to Kona SDI out. Other system is not on Xsan and has no monitoring.

Any ideas?

What graphics cards are in the machines?

The Kona doesn't make any difference,

Graphics card wise you have the base model card, 7300 so that might be the reason - check that with the other machine
