Caldigit HDPro Raid?

Hey all!

A producer i work for is thinking about getting some of the Caldigit HDpro raids. I read here that these drives do/will support sharing - ie: multiple users tied into the drives at the same time. He asked his tech guy about this, who said he hasn't seen it work yet. Has anyone used these drives in this way?

Currently they can't...single user only. But the are working on making this accessable to multiple users. So...not yet. Fibre Channel is your only option for high speed RAID shared storage at this time.

You can call them and ask. Ask for Jon...he's the guy that knows.
